Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Machina Electronics LLC, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. An order is not binding upon Machina Electronics LLC until payment is accepted. Machina Electronics LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.


Returns

What can be returned?
All parts are currently eligible for returns. For a period of 30 days after an order has been delivered, one or more products may be returned, in their original condition, for reimbursement. After this period returns for refund or exchange are no longer accepted.

What will be refunded?
All non-defective product returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. We charge this 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs, and to encourage customers to match part numbers before purchase.

The restocking fee is waived and initial shipping cost is refunded if a defective product is received by the customer. Parts returned as defective may be tested and applicable costs will not be refunded if they are verified to be fully functional. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed in any case.

How do I make a return?
Submit a request to us for making the return. After receiving an authorization for return, the returned products must be received within 30 days. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned to us may not be granted refund.


Exchanges

What can be exchanged?
Exchanges are currently only available as a replacement for defective products. All other parts are eligible for returns as described above.

How do I make an exchange?
Submit a request to us to see if an replacement is possible.


Warranty

What warranties apply to your products?
All products are warranted by us against defect or failure for 90 days. In the event of failure within this period, submit a request for replacement to us. After the 30 day return period (see above) has passed, the warranted product is elegible for equivalent replacement only, and is not elegible for exchange or refund. In the event a replacement is not available, a refund will be granted. Replacement or refund under warranty may require return of the original product to us, at the expense of the customer. After the period of 90 days has elapsed, the sale is final. Some retail products may carry an additional warranty through the manufacturer.


Shipping

What services are guaranteed?
UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air are the shipping services we offer with guaranteed delivery dates. If an order is not received within our quoted time frame for either service (excluding UPS service holidays), contact us to obtain a refund for the difference in cost between express services and ground shipping.

All other shipping services are not eligible for any refund amount in the case of unexpected delays within the carrier's system. All shipments are insured by us against total loss or damage, see below.

What if a shipment is lost?
If a shipment is lost, a prompt replacement will be sent. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued. We consider a shipment to have been lost after the following periods (not including service holidays).
Domestic - Priority Mail: 6 days | Domestic - First-Class Mail: 10 days
International: 3 weeks
International (Italy & Mexico): 4 weeks
Please contact us if you believe your order may have been lost.

Undeliverable or refused shipments
If the shipment is undeliverable or marked "return to sender" by the shipping carrier, we will receive the package back and then issue a refund to the customer for the price of the products ordered, minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Limitations

Machina Electronics LLC is not responsible for any damage to other parts or personal or property injury as a result of using any of our products, installation guides, compatibility information, or as a result of defective products.

Machina Electronics LLC makes no warranty that use or access of this site will be uninterrupted, or error-free, and shall not under any circumstances be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of, in connection with, or relating to the use of or inability to use this site.

Policies herein are subject to change without notice. However, out of date policies applying to previous orders will be honored accordingly.
