Refund or Replacement Request (RMA)

Submit an easy refund or replacement request

All products feature our 30-day money back return policy, and a full 90-day product warranty. RMA requests are usually processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Return Period
In the case that items need to be returned, the return must be received by us within 30 days after receiving authorization.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for items of a different make or model. If you would like a replacement item of a different model, please select "Refund", which will refund the original purchase price to you. You can then place a new order for the correct item at your convenience.
