We get it right the first time.

Our inventory system is custom built to ensure you get precisely what you ordered. Each and every part has a unique ID tracking its history, location, and matching photos. If the product page says "Photo of actual item for sale" under the images, be assured there is no way to receive anything different than what is pictured.

Your order will never be backordered. Since our database maintains our stock exactly to-the-part, you can be certain any in-stock product on our website is ready to ship. We sell our parts through no other venue, which means no one else can snatch up the hard-to-find part you've purchased.

We have personally dealt with every part for sale. If you need us to confirm an alternate part number, describe a scratch on a used part, or take a measurement, just ask- we will be happy to help you.

A used part should not mean a dirty part. All of our used parts are carefully cleaned to remove any dust, excess grime, or stickers. Used parts only receive a "Like New" rating if they truly could pass for new even upon close inspection. Parts less than "Good" (grade B) condition? We don't sell them.

All electronic waste is disposed of properly by recycling. Keeping the environment clean is a responsibility that belongs to all of us. Garbage such as lithium-ion batteries and mercury-vapor containing LCD screens are always kept from our landfills and processed through e-waste recycling channels. We sincerely encourage each of our customers to do the same!

They always say the best form of recycling is through re-use. Since many of our used parts are tested and pulled from broken laptops, purchasing that part often gives new life to something previously unwanted. Everyone wins because your laptop stays healthy and useful for as long as possible!
